Barking Dogs
August 3, 2007 | Author: Carlos
Members of our neighborhood as well as those of the adjacent communities, have been suffering for a period in excess of a year, the continuous annoyances of two German shepherd dogs located in Apartment 33 of this Community.
The owner of these dogs and proprietor of the house maintains the animals tied permanently, leaving them unattended to freely defecate and bark the day and night throughout. In the rare ocasions where he takes them for a walk, it is not without burden as the dogs causes numerous arguments with other dogs and even childs.
The continuous barks, the lack of hygiene and the consequent flies has caused that the neighbors, both individually and collectively have sent him our complaints in several occasions, but his reply was always ellusive or claiming he was moving in a week.
After presenting several dennounces to the Police Office, and conducted several similar initiatives through the Calahonda EUC office and Fisem, the neighbors are collecting signatures massively in a document that kindly request the Authorities that the levels of acoustic contamination are measured and this case carefully inspected. We have been suffering for 13 months now and the levels of abandonment in which both dogs lives is not to be tolerated. If you want to take part in this initiative please contact the President in Apartment 37, or the Vice-President in Apartment 1.

About time. But the best thing to do is to have every neighbor filing a complaint in the Police office - the more the best!
